1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Products and Orders

• All products are made-to-order and custom-printed. Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started (usually within 2 hours of placement).
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material uploaded by the customer.
• Product images on the Site are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and print process.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices are locked at the time of order placement.
• Failed or incomplete payments will result in order cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have the right to use any photos you upload for custom orders. By uploading, you grant Framyo a limited licence to use the photos solely for fulfilling your order. We will not use your photos for any other purpose.

All website content (logos, designs, text, code) is owned by Framyo and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns, replacements, and refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framyo's total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
