Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom-Printed Products

Because all our frames are custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect photo uploads. Please review your preview carefully before placing your order.

2. When We'll Replace or Refund

We will offer a free reprint, replacement, or full refund if:

• The frame or print is damaged on arrival
• There is a print defect (colour shift, blur, misalignment) not caused by your photo's resolution
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item is significantly different from what was shown in the preview

3. How to Claim

Email support@framyo.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order ID
• Photos of the damaged/defective item
• A brief description of the issue

We'll respond within 24 hours and process your replacement or refund within 2–5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

• UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
• Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
• COD: Bank transfer within 5–7 business days (we'll request your bank details)

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement — before production starts. After that, we're unable to cancel as the item is already being printed. Email us immediately at support@framyo.com if you need to cancel.
