Orders & Customization
How do I place a custom frame order?
Click "Create My Frame" in the navigation, upload your photo, choose your frame style and size, then add to cart and checkout. The entire process takes under 3 minutes.
What photo formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WEBP formats. For best print quality, use images of at least 1500×1500 pixels (300 DPI). We'll warn you if your image is too low resolution.
Can I preview my frame before ordering?
Yes! Our order page shows a live preview of your photo inside the selected frame. You can adjust cropping and positioning before confirming.
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes from 4×4" desk frames up to 24×36" wall statements. Popular sizes: 5×7, 6×8, 8×10, 12×16. Custom sizes are available on request.
Can I order multiple prints?
Yes — add them to your cart one by one or contact us for bulk orders (10+ frames) for a special discount.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast is delivery?
We print and ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Standard delivery (3–5 days) is free above ₹499. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for an additional charge.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart). Delivery time varies by location — metro cities in 1–2 days, other cities 3–5 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track at framyo.com/track-order using your order ID.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every frame with double-layer bubble wrap and rigid cardboard. In the rare case of damage, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint + reship at no cost.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Since all orders are custom-printed, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a print defect, damage, or wrong item — we'll replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
How do I request a refund?
Email hello@framyo.com with your order ID and photos of the issue. We process replacements within 48 hours and refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
My photo came out blurry. What do I do?
Blurry prints usually happen with low-resolution images. If you uploaded an image above our minimum quality threshold and it still printed blurry, we'll reprint it for free.
Materials & Quality
What materials do you use for frames?
Wood frames use solid mango or pine wood with real glass. Acrylic prints use 4mm optical-grade acrylic. Canvas prints use artist-grade cotton canvas on pine stretcher bars.
Is the print colour-accurate?
We use professional-grade inkjet printers calibrated for accurate colour reproduction. Colours on screen may vary slightly from print due to monitor calibration.
Are your frames UV-protected?
Yes — all prints are laminated with UV-protective coating that prevents fading for 75+ years when kept out of direct sunlight.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under ₹2,000.
Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available on orders under ₹2,000. A small COD convenience fee may apply.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store card details.
