Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Product arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Significant print quality issue

Custom-printed frames are made to order and are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@framyo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will either:

• Reship a corrected/new product at no charge, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom frames with user-uploaded photos (unless damaged)
• Frames with personalised text or engravings
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
